Congratulations on being part of the 2022 Senior class. It's that time of year for pictures, so put on your best outfit, smile and say CHEESEEEEE! This year, we will be working with Rick Milton Photography. To capture those precious memories,  pictures will be taken at Hancock Central High School in the Band Room July 21-22, 2021. Each senior will be mailed an appointment card containing your date and time for pictures. This information will come directly from Rick Milton Photography.

Below, you will find important information regarding your Senior Pictures.

Because of COVID-19, we must take strict precautions in order to keep everyone as safe as possible. Please see below for instructions:

MASKS ARE REQUIRED. IT MUST COVER YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH AREA AT ALL TIMES UNLESS ACTUALLY TAKING YOUR PHOTO. No gaiters, bandanas, random material pieces, or scarves can be worn as a mask. Social Distancing will be observed.

Portraits: This year, seniors will have the option to take 2 casual photos, meaning you may have 2 different outfits for your casual photos. Everything else remains unchanged. All attire must be appropriate.

Be prepared to take (casual(s), 1 drape/females, 1 tuxedo/males, and cap and gown)

**Ladies please bring a solid black tank top. Gentlemen please bring a white t-shirt or white tank.

Props: You can bring appropriate props for your casual pictures if you like. They must be pre-approved by senior advisors. (Examples: track cleats, medallions, teddy bears, etc.)

Sitting Fees:  A $30 sitting fee is required at the time of the photo session and will be collected prior to the student being photographed. Students are encouraged to provide the sitting fee via a cashier’s check or money order.  If paying via cash, we ask that you have exact change. School staff/personnel will not collect any payments for portraits. All fees are paid directly to the photographer. 

Prior to Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled picture time and remain in your car until instructed to exit from your vehicle.  

 Hair and make-up must be done prior to picture time.  We have strict timeframes for each student; therefore, no make-up or hair can be done inside the band room. 

 You must arrive dressed in your casual outfit. 

 Arrival: Drive to the back of the campus near the band room and park.

 You must stay in your car until instructed to get out. (Remain in your car.)

Temperature Checks: You will receive contactless temperature checks prior to entering the band room. (Anyone with a reading above 100.1 will not be allowed to enter.)

You will also sanitize your hands.

 Inside the Band Room: You are only allowed to bring one person with you to your session (please no children). Your guest must wear a mask covering the nose and mouth at all times. 

 You cannot go beyond the band room and/or the designated areas as instructed by senior advisors. This also applies to your guest a well. 

 Your mask can be removed when you are seated to take your pictures but must be put back on after taking the picture. 

 Exiting after Pictures are Complete: Please gather your belongings and exit the band room exterior door.

 Enter your vehicle and exit campus. You cannot linger on the campus, band area, parking lot etc.  before or after your pictures.
