On February 21, 2024, students and staff at the Alternative School hosted a Black History Month program! Coach Marleau Blount, Ms. Janice Redden, and the students, thank everyone who joined this special celebration, honoring the rich and diverse history of African Americans. Our students poured their hearts and souls into preparing an engaging and enlightening program that highlighted the contributions and achievements of black trailblazers throughout history. From inspiring performances to thought-provoking presentations, the event was a testament to the talent and dedication of our students and staff. Together, students and staff commemorated Black History Month and embraced the legacy of resilience, courage, and triumph.
