Parents / Guardians!!!
This is a reminder that consent forms will be delivered Thursday, October 8, 2020 via bus route. Forms are to be returned via bus route or hand delivered to the front entrance of Hancock Central High School. We must have forms in our possession no later that October 13, 2020.
Keep in mind the dates of October 20 – 23, 2020. These are the dates that Flu/Pneumonia vaccines will be administered at the Hancock County Health Department for Hancock Central Middle / High School and M. E. Lewis Elementary School. I encourage all to please take advantage of the dates and remember that we are living in a pandemic, which requires our immune system to fight even harder to protect our body.
Please remember to wear a mask, 6 to 10 feet social distance, and wash your hands with hot water and soap for 20 seconds and use sanitizer frequently.

Hancock County School District: Students, Parents and Staff. The time of year is upon us. We now more than ever need to protect our Immune System as well as our total self.
With that said, Flu season is here, Usually the Hancock County Health Department would come to the school on scheduled days and administer the Flu and Pneumonia vaccine. Unfortunately, the SAR-COVID 19 has altered our lives. Therefore, The Hancock County Health Department will administer vaccines for students on the following dates. “October 20-23, 2020”, 8am – 5pm. The vaccine is available for parents and staff as well. This will take place at the Health Department the number to make contact is 706-444-6616.
I service the students medically and their health is my main objective. I encourage each parent to please accompany your child to receive the Flu and Pneumonia vaccine. We are living in a Pandemic and any vaccine that is capable of strengthen our Immune System and service as a Defense to any Disease, Virus or Fungus is a plus.
