In support of the District's vision and mission, the Human Resources Department provides a broad range of services to Hancock County School Board employees, applicants, students, parents and community members. Such services include employment advertising, recruitment, selection and retention, employee relations, consultation, training and development, job classification, compensation, policy and procedure development, and background security compliance.
